Transfer Policy: All requests for registration transfers must be received by Monday, 31 August 2015. After August 31, there will be a US $100 transfer fee imposed and possible additional fees depending upon the new registrant's membership status for each request.

To request a registration transfer please send an email to with the following information

  • Your name
  • Why the transfer is being requested?
  • Why the transfer is being requested?
  • Name and email address of the person the registration is being transferred to

If you are transferring an author registration include:

  • EDAS number for paper
  • Name of your paper
  • Is the registration being transferred to another author?
  • If no - state the qualification of the person to present your paper and anwser questions about it.

Registration transfers to a non-author must be approved by the Technical Program Chair. You will receive an email informing you if your request is approved.
